We made provisional hotel reservations for the benefit of our participants for the time of the ECEM 2015. ECEM participants can book these rooms free of any handling fee.
To make a reservation, you have to forward your credit card details to the hotel, but final payment has to be made at the hotel reception.
Please note that cancellation policies differ between hotels. Therefore we advise that you check the cancellation policy applying for your hotel before you book a room. Cancellations must be made via e-mail to congress@univie.ac.at.

WienTourismus, the official tourism organization of the city of Vienna offers a hotel booking service as well (in cooperation with HRS). Bookings are possible via telephone, mail, as well as online.
