Registration for ECEM 2015

All conference participants, including authors, have to register for the payment of the conference fees. 

To register for the conference, you will need to create a new user account using our bank transfer or credit card registration form (your ConfTool account, which was used to submit the abstract, will unfortunately not work for registering for the conference).

Registrations will be handled via the Event Management Department of the University of Vienna (congress@univie.ac.at). 

Registration opens on April 15th, 2015.

Important Information

• Early registration fee will be granted if the payment has been credited to our account on or before June 1st, 2015.
• Authors of accepted contributions are required to register by this date to ensure that their contribution will be included in the program. 
• Students are required to be in possession of a valid student ID (or other confirmation of actual student status), which they will need to present at the conference office in Vienna.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Payment by Bank Transfer

For payments by bank transfer please wait until you receive our invoice via e-mail, where you will find all details for the transaction, including our international bank account number (IBAN/SWIFT). 

Please consider that your bank might charge additional fees for currency conversion and/or international transfers. We need to receive the full invoice amount before we can confirm your registration. Please make sure to pay any transaction fees your bank may charge.

We accept all major credit cards.  Kindly note that this payment type entails an additional credit card processing fee of € 5,-.
