We are looking for committed student volunteers to support us during the time of the ECEM 2015 conference. Help us making ECEM 2015 a great experience for all participants!

Please note: All ECEM 2015 student volunteers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodation (which costs are not covered by the ECEM 2015 student volunteers program).
ECEM 2015 gives full- or part-time university students from around the world the opportunity to attend and contribute to one of the most prestigious conferences in the field of eye-tracking.
As an ECEM 2015 student volunteer, you will interact closely with researchers, academics and practitioners from various disciplines and meet other students from around the world.
The skills, talents and dedication of the student volunteers contribute to the overall quality of the conference. The student volunteer role involves a range of duties, including, but not limited to:
To be considered as a Student Volunteer for ECEM 2015, please send an email to the organizers with the subject 'Student Volunteer Application'. Please include your name, email address, University, food requirements (if any), and a short description of yourself.
If you are not available for the entire duration of the conference, but would like to support us as a student helper anyway, please let us know in advance which dates you are available to work. Please do not apply, if you are not available on at least 3 full days.
All applications received by May 1st, 2015 will be reviewed and volunteers selected will be notified by May 15th, 2015. We might also draw further applicants after May 15th from a reserve list of names of timely received but initially not selected applications.
